ESB用のTalend Open Studioにより、Enterprise Integration Pattern（EIP）をベースにした統合ソリューションを設計することができます。統合テンプレートの標準セットは標準的な統合ニーズに対応するために使用します。Talend ESBを使用し、Apache Camelを装備することで、コード記述またはドメイン固有言語（DSL）を使用せずに、ユーザーはメディエーションパースペクティブからEIPをパレットにドラッグアンドドロップし、それらを設定できます。

ユーザーはESB用のTalend Open Studioのコンポーネントやコネクタのグラフィカルパレットを使用して、無理なくデータ統合をWebサービスに結び付けることができます。ユーザーはアプリケーション統合に対してWSDLを優先したアプローチを利用して、共通のESBランタイム上の1つのインターフェースから複数のデータサービスを効率よく導入できます。Talend ESB Studioはデータ統合、データ移行またはデータ同期用のソースやターゲットのすべてのタイプに対応する450以上のコネクタライブラリにアクセスできます。

このEclipse IDEを使用して、ユーザーは使い易いグラフィカルユーザーインターフェースからドラッグアンドドロップすることだけでJava WebサービスやRESTアプリケーションを素早く開発、構築、テスト、および公開することができます。

Talend ESB Studioは、特定のメッセージングルート内のメッセージフローアクティビティのライブ統計情報を可視化することで開発を簡素化することができます。各メッセージに実行されたルートの各状態に関する統計情報を用いてEclipse内からのメッセージルートをシミュレートし、実行フローを観察することができます。これにより、開発者向けに素早くプロトタイピングを行ったり、開発サイクルやテストサイクルを劇的に短縮することができます。
